Zultanaut is Zult’s intrepid guide through the evolving universe of private credit and blockchain innovation. Tasked with making complex concepts accessible, Zultanaut translates industry shifts, product updates, and regulatory changes into plain language for our community of investors, asset managers, and partners. Beyond decoding complexity, Zultanaut also spills secrets—taking you behind the scenes of Zult to share secrets, stories, and perspectives you won’t find anywhere else. Whether navigating tokenization’s frontier or highlighting new opportunities, Zultanaut keeps our mission grounded in clarity, transparency, and a dash of curiosity.
Zult.io is a modular, blockchain-based platform, that enables access to real world assets. Our focus is on private credit and other income generating real world assets (e.g. asset-backed securities). We bring transparency, efficiency, and accessibility to traditionally illiquid markets by leveraging tools like automation, artificial intelligence and tokenization.
Zult.io is a product of Zult, Inc.a Delaware-based fintech company focused on building infrastructure for tokenized finance.
We address the inefficiencies in private and illiquid markets. These include long settlement times, limited liquidity, and high administrative costs. We use technologies such as blockchain, smart contracts, and artificial intelligence to automate fund administration and expand investor access.
Today we are focused on private credit and other income-generating real-world assets (e.g. asset backed loans, structured notes etc.). We plan to expand into other asset classes over time, but our initial focus is on where we see the greatest need.
Asset tokenization is the process of issuing a digital representation of a real-world asset, like a loan or bond on the blockchain. These tokens are programmable, tradable, and can include embedded compliance rules enforced by smart contracts.
The rules are many and sometimes unclear. Tokens issued on Zult.io can represent regulated securities and should then comply with applicable regulations, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. Our philosophy is that if we treat all tokens as if they are securities, a consistent application of compliance requirements will bring additional trust and transparency to our platform.
Initially, Zult.io is available to accredited investors in the United States and globally to qualified institutional buyers (QIBs). We are exploring future expansions for broader participation based on regulatory approvals.
After completing Know Your Customer and Anti Money Laundering steps of onboarding, you can browse available offerings, review disclosures, and invest directly via your digital wallet or Zult.io custodial account.
