Frequently Asked Questions

What is Zult.io?

Zult.io is a modular, blockchain-based platform, that enables access to real world assets. Our focus is on private credit and other income generating real world assets (e.g. asset-backed securities). We bring transparency, efficiency, and accessibility to traditionally illiquid markets by leveraging tools like automation, artificial intelligence and tokenization.

Who operates Zult.io?

Zult.io is a product of Zult, Inc.a Delaware-based fintech company focused on building infrastructure for tokenized finance.

Who problem does Zult.io solve?

We address the inefficiencies in private and illiquid markets. These include long settlement times, limited liquidity, and high administrative costs. We use technologies such as blockchain, smart contracts, and artificial intelligence to automate fund administration and expand investor access.

What types of assets can be tokenized on Zult.io?

Today we are focused on private credit and other income-generating real-world assets (e.g. asset backed loans, structured notes etc.). We plan to expand into other asset classes over time, but our initial focus is on where we see the greatest need.

What is asset tokenization?

Asset tokenization is the process of issuing a digital representation of a real-world asset, like a loan or bond on the blockchain. These tokens are programmable, tradable, and can include embedded compliance rules enforced by smart contracts.

Are the tokens on Zult.io considered securities?

The rules are many and sometimes unclear. Tokens issued on Zult.io can represent regulated securities and should then comply with applicable regulations, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. Our philosophy is that if we treat all tokens as if they are securities, a consistent application of compliance requirements will bring additional trust and transparency to our platform.

Who can invest through Zult.io?

Initially, Zult.io is available to accredited investors in the United States and globally to qualified institutional buyers (QIBs). We are exploring future expansions for broader participation based on regulatory approvals.

How do I invest in a tokenized asset on Zult.io?

After completing Know Your Customer and Anti Money Laundering steps of onboarding, you can browse available offerings, review disclosures, and invest directly via your digital wallet or Zult.io custodial account.

What are the benefits of investing in tokenized private credit?

Tokenization provides lower minimums, faster settlement, greater transparency, and potential liquidity in secondary markets that traditional private credit funds cannot offer.

Can fund managers or issuers list their assets on Zult.io?

Yes. Zult.io offers tools to help qualified issuers tokenize, distribute, and manage offerings for private credit and alternative asset classes.

How does Zult.io support ongoing asset servicing?

We integrate digital cap table management, automated interest and principal distributions, smart contract-based compliance, and optional reporting tools via API.

Is Zult.io compatible with fund administrators and custodians?

Yes. Zult.io is designed to integrate with third-party fund administrators, transfer agents, custodians, and registered broker-dealers.

Do I have to complete Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering compliance screening for Investors?

Zult.io performs holistic screening on potential investors, meaning we do the screening and share white listing protocols, which allows you to transact with confidence.

Is Zult.io compliant with U.S. securities regulations?

Yes. Our goal is to provide a compliance-enabled platform that ensures that all tokenized offerings are structured to comply with applicable regulations. We work through qualified partners, including transfer agents and broker-dealers.
